My name is Mark Franklin and I am the President of FasterHotWater.

Our company has developed a simple system that eliminates water going down the drain while you are waiting for it to get hot.

Let me tell you a little bit about me.  

I am a civil engineer and I owned several companies including a civil engineering firm in San Diego for 15 years.  This company worked on the design and construction of over $150 million worth of property.

One of the things I noticed was how inefficiently water was being used in the buildings we were working on. This led me to become actively involved in finding ways to conserve water.

After several years of creating water and energy conservation products for apartments and hotels I developed the WaterQuickPro II ™, one of several products I designed specifically for single family homes.

Interesting story. A friend of mine found out about a product that I had designed and patented for hotels that helped them get hot water in specific areas of the hotel.

She wondered if I could downsize it for her house. She was so frustrated because she was waiting for hot water all of the time.

I said "I probably can but is there anything else you would like me to do?"

She said "Yes, there is one more thing. I would like you to design it so simple to install that I can put it in myself."

So of course I had to find out what her skill level is so I asked her "What do you know about tools?"

She said "I know which end of the hammer to hit my husband with."

We didn't quite get the installation that simple but it is a two hour easy install and can be installed in every home regardless how you heat the water.

Whether it is with a traditional tank style water heater or the higher efficiency tankless water heaters this product will get you hot water in about 30 seconds or less without wasting it down the drain*.

Now, the way it works is you turn on any hot water faucet in the house for 1 second, and turn it off.  Wait about 30 seconds and when you turn on the faucet again you will have hot water at your fingertips without wasting more than about a cup of water down the drain.
